Refund Policy

⚠️ Please read carefully. By subscribing to any GrowProPlus plan, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy. Our services are provided on a monthly subscription basis and work begins promptly after payment.

1. Subscription Model

GrowProPlus operates on a monthly subscription basis. All plans (Basic, Standard, Pro) are billed monthly and renew automatically. Work on your account begins within 3–5 business days of your subscription activation.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at growproplus@growproplus.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to receive service until that date and will not be charged again.

There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment period.

3. Refund Eligibility

7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.

After the initial 7-day period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

To request a refund, email growproplus@growproplus.com with your name, email address, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card via Stripe) within 5–10 business days.

We encourage clients to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact will be contested with full documentation of services provided.
